Terms of Use

Here are a few policies to keep in mind as you consider my apps. They will help you, and me.

General

By using my products you agree to follow and be bound by this Terms and all revisions of it, including those set forth in our Privacy Policy, which may be updated by me from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the Terms at any time here.

App Store

If you purchase my products from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s EULA applies, apart from the points listed on this page where they are described more precise or more specific.

License

My apps are sold or subscribed in units of “simultaneous users”, meaning that if you purchase a copy of one of my apps, you can install it on all of your compatible devices — as long as only one person is using it at any particular moment.

Bugs

Even though I strive for perfection it is nearly impossible to build great software that is bug-free. I know that’s difficult to accept since it is bugging me myself. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee malfunction-free operation, including the possibility of data loss or critical failure. I encourage you to back up your data regularly.

Refunds

You may be entitled to request a refund of your App Store purchase on reportaproblem.apple.com. I kindly ask you to contact me before considering a refund — I constantly want to improve my apps and services, and your feedback is crucial to that.

Support

I read every email that makes it to my inbox. Since I’m just one single human, I unfortunately don’t have time to reply to every single message. I aim to answer all of my support mails within 10 business days. Sometimes I may get behind, and I appreciate your patience.

You should not reverse-engineer, disassemble, “crack”, or otherwise modify and redistribute my software. You should not rent or lease your purchase or subscription to others. Should a legal dispute occur between you and my company, it will be governed by the laws of Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

Intellectual Proprietary Rights

Program code and assets, brands and artwork, including interfaces, icons, effects, copy and web site content are the copyrighted property of App ahead. Don’t steal them.

Future Changes

These terms may change at any time.
They were last updated in November 2023.
